Position Overview:
AirBadge is seeking an Application Specialist to join our team. This fully remote and flexible position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with airports across the United States, serving as the primary point of contact for client support. In this role, you will troubleshoot client issues, collaborate with engineering on escalations, and ensure our clients have the resources and knowledge they need for ongoing success. Because AirBadge’s platform is constantly evolving, flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are essential.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 6pm PST. Off weekends and federal holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via our support desk, phone, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues by analyzing workflows and system activity
- Provide clients with resources, documentation, and guidance for future self-service
- Escalate complex issues to engineering and collaborate closely until resolution
- Adapt quickly to platform updates, new features, and changing client needs
- Contribute feedback to improve processes, procedures, and product features
- Assist in onboarding and training new AirBadge users when needed, including badging offices and signatories
Our Ideal Teammate:
- Has a background in airport badging or credentialing processes
- Enjoys problem-solving and can work independently before escalating issues
- Possesses strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Is adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with changing workflows
- Has at least 3 years of experience in airport credentialing at a Part 139 Commercial Service Airport
Education and Certifications:
- Certified Member (C.M.) program or Accredited Airport Executive (A.C.E.) program credential through the American Association of Airport Executives preferred
