Position Overview:

We are seeking an Application Specialist to join our team. This fully remote and flexible position offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of airports across the United States. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in providing information about AirBadge, shaping the future of our toolset, and assisting AirBadge users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support through phone and email
  • Train and onboard new AirBadge users, including badge offices and signatories
  • Identify opportunities for system and process improvements
  • Assist clients in optimizing their badge office procedures using AirBadge software
  • Leverage technology and automation to resolve client challenges

Our Ideal Teammate:

  • Has a background in airport badging
  • Is interested in technology trends and eager to learn about new products
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Has at least 3 years of credentialing experience at a Part 139 Commercial Service Airport

Education and Certifications:

Certified Member (C.M.) program or Accredited Airport Executive (A.C.E.) program credential through the American Association of Airport Executives is preferred.
