Position Overview:
We are seeking an Application Specialist to join our team. This fully remote and flexible position offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of airports across the United States. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in providing information about AirBadge, shaping the future of our toolset, and assisting AirBadge users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client support through phone and email
- Train and onboard new AirBadge users, including badge offices and signatories
- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements
- Assist clients in optimizing their badge office procedures using AirBadge software
- Leverage technology and automation to resolve client challenges
Our Ideal Teammate:
- Has a background in airport badging
- Is interested in technology trends and eager to learn about new products
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Has at least 3 years of credentialing experience at a Part 139 Commercial Service Airport
Education and Certifications:
Certified Member (C.M.) program or Accredited Airport Executive (A.C.E.) program credential through the American Association of Airport Executives is preferred.
