Questions can be directed to your Authorized Signatory or the Airport Security Coordinators in the Badge Office.
Auditing Screen
Access this screen via the navigation menu. The screen is designed to help Authorized Signatories assist the badge holders in completing their badge audits. The Auditing screen is mobile optimized, and you may find it particularly useful in your work area among your badge holders needing assistance with their audit. When your badge holders’ badges are currently under audit, you will see their names listed on this screen. Click the Verify button to begin their audit. Refer to the screen’s help for additional information about the data and interacting with it. Refer to the badge holder help if you are unfamiliar with audits.

Badges Screen
Access this screen via the navigation menu under Badges. This screen enables you to see information about your badge holders’ currently active and inactive badges. Utilize the Actions button to mark badge holder’s badge as lost, stolen, or damaged. Refer to the screen’s help for additional information about the data and interacting with it.

Badge Applications
The Badge Applications screen enables you to create Badge Application workflows for new and existing badge holders (renewals). From this screen you and the badge office staff can track the workflow progress and review information related to badge applications.
To create a new Badge Application workflow click the Add New button towards the top left and follow the prompts. Please note that if the person you wish to authorize for a new badge application is not in AirBadge, you will be redirected to use the Invitation prompts. (see Invitations)
Use the Actions button to view or edit information relevant to a particular Badge Application workflow. There are many actions available to you throughout the Badge Application workflow. You can cancel a Badge Application workflow using the Actions button and Cancel. If you didn’t already do so when creating the Badge Application workflow, you can sign the authorization document (required for every application) using the Actions button. A link to the digitally signable SIDA, Sterile or AOA application can be found using the Actions button. Please note this link is provided on the home screen of the badge holder who will fill and sign the application. The Authorized Signatory is given access to this link as a convenience because you might want to copy it and send it to the applicant.
Refer to the screen’s help for additional information about the data and interacting with it. The Badge Application screen is shown below.

People
The People screen enables you to see the active and inactive badge holders you have authorized. Use the Actions button to view/edit a person or view their badges (which you have authorized). Please note that you cannot change a person’s email address. When you click the Add New button this will invite a new person to AirBadge. Refer to the screen’s help for additional information about the data and interacting with it. See image below:

Invitations Screen
The Invitations screen enables you to see your Invitations: the new people you have invited to apply for a badge. Use the Add New button to invite a new user to AirBadge to apply for a badge. You will need to complete the required fields requesting information relevant to the applicant. Please note that the Notes field in the invitation is used to communicate your notes to the badge office, not the invitee. After you create the Invitation, AirBadge will automatically notify the invitee and create a Badge Application workflow tied to this Invitation. You will be prompted to sign your authorizer’s statement for this new applicant. If you forget to do so, you can find it on the Actions button of the Badge Application.
After an Invitation is created you can use the Actions button to edit the notes of an invitation. To change any other details, you should revoke the invite and create a new one. You can revoke the invitation via the Actions button. Resend the invite via the actions button if the recipient does not receive the email. Refer to the screen’s help for additional information about the data and interacting with it. The Invitations screen is shown below.
